Tech Lead Java

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions using the Java framework.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Regularly conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to team members as needed.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development of complex features and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Quickly and effectively resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX/UI, architects, and product management (PM/PO).

Desired Profile:

  • You hold a BAC+5 degree (engineering school or university curriculum).
  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years leading a team in an agile environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the Java Framework and associated technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Frontend Frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • You have worked in a context with a strong emphasis on code quality.
  • Good knowledge of the Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
